Inti Creates, the developer behind the musical rhythm game GUNVOLT RECORDS: Cychronicle, has recently faced a setback as the game has been temporarily removed from the North American Switch eShop. The studio revealed this news in a tweet, citing a “change in ratings” as the reason for the removal. This move has left fans disappointed, as they are now unable to access the game through the eShop.

This is not the first time Inti Creates has had to deal with the removal of one of its titles from the eShop. Last year, the studio had to take down Grim Guardians: Demon Purge from the storefront due to a trademark complaint on its title. The game was eventually rebranded as “Gal Guardians: Demon Purge” to address this issue. While this previous incident was more serious in nature, the current rating change affecting Gunvolt Records has still led to the game’s absence from the North American eShop.

Efforts to Resolve the Issue

Inti Creates has assured fans that they are working to resolve the rating change issue promptly so that GUNVOLT RECORDS: Cychronicle can be reinstated on the eShop as soon as possible. In the meantime, the game remains available on the European counterpart of the eShop for those eager to try it out. Despite its recent release on 15th February, the game has been unable to fully shine in the spotlight due to this unexpected removal.

GUNVOLT RECORDS: Cychronicle offers a new rhythmic experience for players, branching off from the well-known Azure Striker Gunvolt series. The game features familiar characters such as Lumen, Lola, and Luxia, who sing 15 different songs for players to enjoy. With dual analog controls that sync with character movements in 3D backgrounds, players are promised an immersive and electrifying rhythm game experience.

The temporary removal of GUNVOLT RECORDS: Cychronicle from the North American Switch eShop due to a rating change has left players eager for its return. Inti Creates’ efforts to address this issue and reinstate the game demonstrate their commitment to providing an enjoyable gaming experience for fans. Players can look forward to the game’s return and the opportunity to dive into a new rhythmic adventure with their favorite characters from the Azure Striker Gunvolt series.
