Seagate’s current BarraCuda line of desktop drives tops out at 8TB, while its enterprise class HDDs go up to 24TB. The possibility of a 240TB hard drive represents a significant leap in storage capacity, offering up to 10 times more space than Seagate’s current largest offering.
