Shirley Curry, also known as “Skyrim Grandma,” has denied rumors that she made a cameo appearance in the recent Starfield Direct. If you recall, Curry is set to appear as a non-playable character in the upcoming Elder Scrolls 6. The speculation about her appearance in Starfield was sparked by a moment during the Starfield Direct gameplay where the player character encounters a ship with the callsign Grandma. The NPC invites the player over for food. However, Curry took to the comments section of a recent vlog on her YouTube channel to deny that the character is a direct cameo. She confirmed that the character may have been a little “nod” to her, but she is not in the game.

Not interested in Starfield

Curry expressed that she has no plans to play Bethesda’s latest game, Starfield. In response to a comment, she explained that she does not play “space” games, and she is too angry about the wait for Elder Scrolls 6 to fill the time with its sci-fi sibling. Curry has been waiting for Elder Scrolls 6 for a long time and expressed her frustration over the release of Starfield instead.

Getting bored with Skyrim

Curry, who rose to fame through her Let’s Play of Skyrim, also expressed her boredom with the game, stating that she played so many different stories that she had made up over the years that she was finally starting to get a little bit bored with it. She also mentioned that she did not have a new story to play, so she put the game away and stopped playing it. Now she is bored both playing and not playing the game.

Curry has denied rumors of a cameo appearance in Starfield and expressed her frustration over the lack of Elder Scrolls 6. She also stated that she is not interested in playing Starfield and is getting bored with Skyrim.
