At 81 years old, Ford states that he loves to work and feels useful. He attributes his continued passion for acting to the people he collaborates with and the creative process. He finds fulfillment in bringing scripts to life and allows himself to be naturally influenced by the projects he works on.
Ford’s other projects
While Ford’s time with Indy is coming to an end, he has other projects in the works. His involvement in the second seasons of the Apple TV+ comedy Shrinking and the Paramount+ drama 1923 will resume once the writers’ strike is resolved. Additionally, Ford has been filming for the Marvel film Captain America: Brave New World in Atlanta, where he portrays US President Thaddeus “Thunderbolt” Ross.
