Asus’ new handheld console, the ROG Ally, has seen yet another price leak just two days after the first one. The first leak suggested that the high-end model of the console would cost $699.99 with a Z1 Extreme chip and 512GB storage. However, a new leak has suggested that the entry-level model with a vanilla Z1 processor and 256GB SSD will cost $599.99.

The leak was first spotted by SnoopyTech, and Roland Quandt corroborated the information. If this leak is true, both the high-end and entry-level models will be priced similarly to Valve’s Steam Deck console. Valve’s 256GB Steam Deck costs $530, and the 512GB version costs $650. Valve also sells a cheaper model with 64GB eMMC storage for $399, which enthusiasts often replace with an SSD.

It is speculated that Best Buy is the source of these leaks since the original ROG Ally leak came from them. The entry-level model is expected to be the most affordable option for the ROG Ally, but Asus may also follow Valve’s lead and release an eMMC model.
