The White Cheddar Puffs
These puffs are unlike any other snack. They are puffy and satisfying to bite into, with an intense white cheddar seasoning that is sharp and in-your-face. The Aplenty cheddar puffs have a thick coating of powder that no other snack can match. Johnson and her husband have been ordering them every week and buying multiple bags at once.
The Crisis
Unfortunately, the Aplenty white cheddar puffs have been out of stock since January, and Johnson is taunted with a “Purchased in January” badge every time she searches for them on Amazon Fresh. Johnson suggests that Amazon needs to take this matter seriously and get to the bottom of the issue. For a company that prides itself on being customer-obsessed, someone should be obsessing over the white cheddar puff crisis.
Johnson fears the painful truth that the white cheddar puffs may never come back. She plans to keep checking for them as long as there is a product listing, but in the meantime, she is taking suggestions for another snack to fill the puff-shaped hole in her cabinet.
