Adam Jackson, the lead class designer of Diablo 4, has clarified how players can obtain the game’s rarest unique items. In a recent tweet, Jackson cleared up the confusion surrounding the rare drops like Andariel’s Visage, Doombringer, Harlequin Crest, Melted Heart of Selig, Ring of Starless Skies, and The Grandfather.

According to Jackson, players can obtain these rare items from enemies above level 85 when the player is also at level 85. Alternatively, players can get them in Nightmare Dungeons from level 31. These items always drop at 820 item power, and players can get them anywhere they can get a regular unique. However, Jackson emphasized that these items are “realllly rare,” and there are only six of them in the game.

Jackson shared the descriptions of each of the items along with his tweet, giving players a better understanding of what to look for when searching for these rare items.

Barbarian Weapons No Longer Available for Druids

Blizzard recently released a hotfix for Diablo 4, which means that Druids can no longer find Barbarian weapons in their drops. The hotfix update confirmed that the Barbarian Unique weapons Overkill, Hellhammer, and Ancient’s Oath would no longer drop for Druid players. Players who already have these weapons equipped can continue to use them, but they won’t be able to re-equip them if they’re not already equipped.

In related news, the voice of Lorath in Diablo 4 can also be heard in Final Fantasy 16. Ralph Ineson, who voiced Lorath, shared his surprise at the response to his most iconic video game characters to date. He revealed that he started work on both games three years ago but had no idea they would release within weeks of each other.

In our GamesRadar+ Diablo 4 review, we gave the game a notable 5 out of 5 stars, calling it “a diabolical assault on the senses.” Diablo 4 is now available on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series S.

Overall, players looking to obtain Diablo 4’s rarest unique items will need to defeat enemies above level 85 or enter Nightmare Dungeons from level 31. These items are incredibly rare, and players should expect a challenge when trying to obtain them.
