However, after attending a hands-off preview presentation of the upcoming Monster Hunter Wilds at Summer Game Fest, my perspective on the franchise began to shift drastically.
The demo of Monster Hunter Wilds took place in the Windward Plains map, a vast and visually stunning biome filled with life and atmosphere. Despite the objective of the game being to hunt and defeat formidable monsters, the environment itself was breathtakingly beautiful, showcasing the attention to detail and design that the developers have put into the game.

A delicious meal was cooked, and with the help of a friendly Palico, the hunter set off on their mission.
