Pokémon fans have always been curious about what the interior of a Poké Ball looks like. While many have spent their time and money to get their hands on one, the new Pokémon Horizons anime has revealed the interior of a Luxury Ball. The anime series is currently airing in Japan and has not yet been released in the West. However, Serebii webmaster @JoeMerrick has recently taken to Twitter to show a revelation from a recent episode.
The Luxury Ball interior featured on the anime is not what many fans imagined. Instead of a bare and dark space, the Luxury Ball has comfy sofas and a drinks cabinet, making it a luxurious space for the Pokémon inside. However, this is only the case for a Luxury Ball, and a regular Ball might contain nothing more than a concrete shell with a leaky roof.
It is unclear whether the above shot is an imagining of the Ball’s interior or if it is the real deal. Nevertheless, it is interesting to think that inside every Luxury Ball, a Pokémon is living it up while ‘Dance Club Anthems’ play in the background. Fans will have to wait for the series’ official global release to find out more about the interior of Poké Balls.
